Transferable Warranty

Tri State roofing, Inc. hereby warrants the workmanship on your roof for a period of 10 years. This warranty covers all parts, labor and material. This written guarantee protects you and covers 100% against any leaks. This warranty not only covers you 100% but is 100% transferable during this 10 year period if you should sell your home. The cost to transfer the warrantee shall be $125.00. We would simply require a check, the name of the new homeowner; phone number and date home will be sold. All this can be mailed to our current address to record.

Additional Terms And Conditions Of This Warranty:

This warranty only covers work which was performed by us.
This warrantee work pertains only to the roof which we installed.
Does not apply to vandalism, abuse, earthquakes, fire, flood, or catastrophic occurrence beyond our control.
